He was predeceased by: his grandmother Ashton. He is survived by: his wife Kelly (Barr); his children, Colby, Miley and Easton; his stepdaughters, Hannah and Emily; his parents, Tom Nicholls and Kelly Nicholls; and his sisters, Kayla Ramond, Stephanie Nicholls and Melissa Nicholls. He is also survived by his friends and trailer park neighbors.
