He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard and Eva (Devlin); his brothers, Kenneth and Edwin; his brother-in-law Brian Eve (Diane); his nephew Trevor; and his grandchildren, Skylar and Archer.

He is survived by: his siblings, Raymond (Kathy) and Lorraine Sadler (Don); his nieces and nephews, Jimmy, Candice, Tamara, Karen, Amanda, Melissa and Zachary; and his friends, Bruce Fisher and Joe Doucett.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alan R. Barker Funeral Home (19 MacArthur Ave, Carleton Place, ON K7C2W1). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel.
