He is survived by: his former spouse Haroldine Armstrong; his children, Reg Petrie (Aline) and Roberta Ferguson (Bill Ferguson); his grandchildren, Danny, Amber, Shanna, Tara, Logan, Amanda, Brad and Carley; his stepsons, Brent Findlay (Michelle) and Scott (Debbie); and his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer, Greg and Heather.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Alan R. Barker Funeral Home (19 MacArthur Ave, Carleton Place, ON K7C2W1). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
