He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Liz; his sister Stephanie (Frank Volkmer); and his brothers-in-law, Brian (Shelly), Keith (Trudy), Neil and Stephen. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, close friends, as well as three great-nieces and a great-nephew.
