She is survived by: her husband Harold Wayne Lewis; her sons, Douglas William Kay and John Cameron Kay; her children-in-law, Minako and Erin Jennie Kay; her grandchildren, Isla Marilyn and Georgia Eva Kay; her stepchildren, Shannon Scott and Allison El-Batal; and her stepgrandchildren, Hanna Scott and Rayanne El-Batal.
