She is survived by: her parent Lynda Philips (Bob Stevenson); her brother Scott (Kim); her daughter Jadyn; her uncles, Ron Phillips (Leonore) and Bruce Phillips; her cousins, Patrice (Kyle) and Kathryn (Matt); her children, Carter, Hudson, Levi and Cal; and her friends, Ruth Bell and Neil Bell of Arizona.
