He was predeceased by : his parents, Merville Wark and Norma Wark; and his in-laws, Wayne, Marie McDiarmid, Douglas and Shirley McDiarmid.

He is survived by : his wife Rosemary Wark; his son Stephen Jr. (Amanda); and his siblings, Lee, Carol Ondovcik (Paul), Terri Hjorth (Ed), Neil, David (Marie-Anne Bedard), Allen (Kelley), Keith (Melissa) and Kelvin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
