He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Rickards and Barbara Warren. He is survived by: his wife Melissa (Moffatt); his children, Amanda (Andrew Lemoine) and Kyle (Lindsey Kennedy); and his grandchildren, Ava, Ashtyn, Brooklyn and Georgia.
