He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Stephen Lewis, Kelly Goulet (Robert), Ryan Lewis and Robyn Lewis; his grandchildren, Juliet Goulet-Lockwood (Evan) and Mackenna Goulet (Tyler); and his great grandchild Elijah Goulet-Lockwood.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dave's memory can be made to the Elmvale Royal Canadian Legion Branch 262 or Furry Friends Barrie Animal Rescue.
