She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Edward Downer (Ted); her children, James (late Deborah), Wendy (Mel McIntyre) and Barbara (Glenn Woods); her grandchildren, Kari, Steven, Stephanie, Edward and Deanna; and her great grandchildren, Reagan, Cameron, Bailey and Carter.
Memorial donations may be made in Frances' honour to the Elmvale and District Food Bank.
