He was predeceased by : his parents, Margaret Murray and Gordon Murray; and his siblings, Donald, Ronald (Theresa) and Connie Brown (Ken).

He is survived by : his sons, David (Jane) and Daniel (Tamara); his grandson Randall (Kourtney); his great grandchild Asher; and his nieces and nephews, Tim Brown, Jason Murray, Derek Kearney, Tammy Vaters, Melissa Rowsell, Amanda Murray, Tammy Grant and Deidre McCloskey.
