He was predeceased by : his siblings, Stan Turner, Dennis and Gary; and his siblings-in-law, Jack Dixon (Muriel) and Doris Reynolds (Jerry).

He is survived by : his wife Doreen Turner; his sisters, Muriel Townes (late Harold) and Marlene Tinney (Cecil); and his sisters-in-law, Lois Bertram (late Paul), Mary Downey (late Wendell) and Nora Dixon (George Roach). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
