He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Lush and Alice Lush of Elmvale; and his siblings, Albert (Susian), Robert (Noreen), Barrie, Jim, Norma (Jack) and Mary (Lloyd).

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lush; his sons, Jason (Kristie), Jeremy (Shauni), Matthew (Kelli Copegog-Cote), Jonathan (Heather) and Sean; his grandchildren, Zachary, Riley, Rawson, Emma, Kylie, Zoe, Addisyn and Taylor; and his sister Drusilla (Fred). He is also survived by his family, his many friends, and the neighbors.

Memorial donations in Terry's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
