She was predeceased by : her husband John; her son Lorence Fitzsimons; and her sister Elva Fitzsimmons. She is survived by : her daughters, Trudy (Dan Green) and Sheryl Fitzsimmons; her grandchildren, Kimberley Green (Ernie) and John Rykart (Dawn); and her great grandchildren, DJ Keene and Haley Keene.

Memorial donations to the Grey Bruce Hospice (Chapman House) or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
