We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2021, Cecily Diane Roach of Pembroke, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William O'Neill and Catherine O'Neill (MacDonald); her siblings, Clee Martell, John and Kevin O'Neill; and the father of her children William Robert "Bobby" Roach.
She is survived by: her close friend Michael Boyd of Codys; her children, Catherine Ann Roach of Pembroke, ON and William Robert Roach (Tanya) of Calgary, AB; her sisters, Peggy Stiles (Paul) of Berwick, NB and Ann Evans (Paul) of Sydney, NS; her sister-in-law Francine O'Neill of Glace Bay, NS; her grandchildren, Asia Jane, Savanah, Gianna, Michael of William, AJ, Farrah Dawn and Tarra; and her goddaughter Marsha MacNeil (Michael).
Due to the recent COVID-19 regulations, proof of government identification and vaccination must be provided for entry and masks are mandatory.
