It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Doreen Hess (Plattsville, Ontario), who passed away, on October 17, 2019. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Cecil Hess; her parents, James Smith and Ethel Smith (Richardson); her sister Phyllis (Bill Dawes); and her sister-in-law Fran Smith.

She is survived by : her children, Cleveland (Karin) of Tobermory, Graham of Woodstock, Marian (Greg Baron) of Kitchener, Norma of Kitchener and Gord of Plattsville; her grandson Ben; and her siblings, Douglas Smith of Stoneboro, Pennsylvania and Jim. She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation (cheques accepted) would be appreciated by the family.
