With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marie Rosette Weiss (Plattsville, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 21, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Weiss; her parents, Edgar Hallman and Leah Hallman; her sister Carol; and her siblings-in-law, Bob Shantz and Janice Cressman-Weiss.
She is survived by: her sons, Bruce (Louise) and Rob (Jody); her grandchildren, Tyler (Riley), Lexi (Jon), Marshall and Olivia; and her brother Hugh.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Marie can be made to St. James Lutheran Church, New Dundee, in honour of her lifelong faith and dedication to her church community.
