It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Samuel McCleak (Plattsville, Ontario), who passed away on November 3, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Edward and Rose Millicent McCleak (Muschett). He is survived by : his wife Dorothy McCleak (Purchas); his daughters, Alison Danvers of Liverpool, Bridget Heath (Nigel Harris) of Odiham, UK, Rachel Hofstetter (Mike) and Lorraine Ready; his grandchildren, Kayleigh, Jason (Lowri), Robert, James, Jake, Hayden (Taylor), Payton, Finnegan, Liam and Noah; his great grandchildren, Charlie and Blakely; his sister-in-law E. Jean Jann of Langton, ON; and his nephew David. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations to The Alzheimer's Society would be gratefully appreciated.
