He was predeceased by: his brother Larry Weiss; his parents, Harley Weiss and Jean Weiss; his in-laws, Barb and Ron Smith; and his brother-in-law Ian Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Janette Weiss; his children, Alishia (Jimmy), Ashleigh (Lauryn) and Justin; his grandchildren, Savannah, Ayden, Gannon and Logan; and his siblings, Lynda Johnson (Rob), Bill Weiss (Andrea), Rick Weiss (Cathy) and Tracy Weiss. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, and his many friends.
