She was predeceased by : her husband Edward George Pette; her parents, Martin Gigacz and Anne Gigacz; and her siblings, Margaret, Barbara and Mike Gigacz.

She is survived by : her sister Anne Scheiermann (late Julius). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
