He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Thorne (Ashwell); his son Christopher; his parents, Ronald (Judy) and Jay (Deborah); his grandchildren, Ryan (Cammy), Amanda, Brian and Caitlin (Dan); his great grandchildren, Brin of British Columbia, Ashton of British Columbia, Yanisa of British Columbia, Dorothy of British Columbia and George of British Columbia; his siblings, Elaine (Nova Scotia), Willard, Sharon (St Catherines), Janet, Gary (Sudbury), Anne and John (Paisley); his sisters-in-law, Sandra (Owen Sound), Helen (New Market), Cathleen (Owen Sound) and Brenda (Tara); and his siblings, Helen, George, Douglas, Brian, Bruce, Lawrence, Bill (Marilyn Ashwell) and Don (June Ashwell).
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Ruth Pearson (Rob) of Meaford; and his son Roger. He is also survived by his Dad where he built his family.
Contributions to Agriculture" Roger had just received his 60 year member pin of "The Order of FreeMasons", Masonic Lodge # 362.
