She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Ziegler and Hilda Ziegler; her siblings, Ken, Fred and Dorothy; and her brother-in-law Ross Gedge.
She is survived by: her husband Alex Thornburn; her children, John (Lisa), Sandra (Peter Boland) and Diane (Mark McGregor); her grandchildren, Sarah (Tim), Emily (Todd), Jacob, Jenna and Kayla; her siblings, Joyce Thede and Merv Ziegler; and her sisters-in-law, Dawna Ziegler and Margaret Gedge. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
