He was predeceased by : his parents, Thelma Smart and Charlie Smart; and his siblings, Gregory and Roydon Smart. He is survived by : his spouse Chris; his children, Nick and Sarah; his grandsons, Noah and Harry; and his siblings, Rayleen (Gary), Adrienne (Gregg), Messages, Box and Sumner.
Flowers respectfully declined, but donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated, and may be made at the service.
