We announce the death of Augustus Wyatt Gunderson (White Earth, North Dakota), who passed away on October 2, 2026, at the age of 33. Augustus will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his mother Rebecca Gunderson; his niece Rylan Delmundo; and his grandparents, John, Betty Gunderson, George DeSpain, Marguerite DeSpain and Norman Stone.
He is survived by: his father Russell Gunderson; his sisters, Juli Creswell, Shanon Creswell and Stephanie Delmundo; his brother-in-law Jonar Delmundo; and his nieces and nephews, Liana Garrett, Makenzie Abbott, Evan Abbott, Gavin Delmundo and Parker Delmundo. He is also survived by his loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Lutheran Church (6702 97th Ave NW, White Earth, ND 58794). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
