She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fischback and Anita Fischback. She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Hazlitt and Anna Marie Bell (Joel Bell); her grandchildren, Lily Boze, Sterling Boze, Wyatt Ward, Arthur Ward, John Trucks, Dahlia Trucks and Oliver Bell; and her siblings, Michael Fischback (Laurel), Kip Fischback (Nancy), John Fischback (Liz), Thomas Fischback (Susan) and Samuel Fischback.
She would bring donations to women shelters because a shelter saved her during her first marriage.
