He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Conning and Clifford Baker; and his daughters, Catherine Baker and Deidre Baker. He is survived by: his wife Aurora Feria Baker; his children, Christine Niwinski of Modesto, CA, Eddie Baker of Anchorage, AK and Betty Kennedy (Kevin) of Atlanta, TX; his grandchildren, Neil Niwinski (Katelyn), Anaiya Niwinski, Steele Baker of Barrow, AK, Micheal Kennedy, Jonathan Kennedy and Vanessa Kennedy; his great grandchild Ellie-May Niwinski; his sister-in-law Laureta Gallardo (Wilfredo); and his nephew Justin Gallardo. He is also survived by his kids, as a great dad.
