With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia Rose Hoffman (Anchorage, Alaska), who passed away on June 2, 2019 at the age of 19. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Cynthia Rose Hoffman to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her brother Timothy S. Hoffman Jr.; her grandparents, Donald B. Hoffman Sr., Dayle Hoffman and Virginia Hoffman; her uncle Leo Hoffman; and her aunt Cathy Hoffman.

She is survived by: her parents, Timothy S. Hoffman Sr. and Barbara Jean Hoffman; her sisters, Samantha, Kimberly, Sydney Hoffman and Ryah Jenkins; her aunts and uncles, Don, Robert, Greg Hoffman, Mike Anderson, Trish, Linda Hoffman and Renae Stewart; her godmother Michaela Kelly; her friend Kim Jaquish; her goddaughter Cynthia; and also Leslie.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family.
