He was predeceased by: his parents, Ron Lewis and Betty Lewis; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann. He is survived by: his wife Claire; his parents-in-law, Lee and Jackie Kearney; his siblings, Denise Premschak (Carl), David (Deborah) and Donna Jones (Bill); his sisters-in-law, Karen, Elizabeth Golomski (late Stephen) and Kathryn Foy (Kevin); and his siblings' children, Hunter, Evan (Bre), Dylan, Mylisa (Jesse), Lillie, Emily (Joe), Allison, Kearney and Reilly.
