Howard; his children, Devonte Sims, Howard (Las Vegas) of Nevada, Anahlia Lamb (Las Vegas) of Nevada and Zyana Sims-Howard (Anchorage) of Alaska; his grandmother Mary Sims; and his brothers, Desmund E. Sims-Howard Adrian A. (Jene), Anderson and Dahmir Bell. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
