He was predeceased by: his sister Susan; and his parents, Paul Hickok and Doris Hickok (LiaBraaten). He is survived by: his children, Ryan, Kinley and Mia of Anchorage, Alaska.; and his siblings, Nancy, David, Vivian, Joyce, Janet and Karen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a host of cousins and friends.
