She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Edmiston and Alice Edmiston; her siblings, Donald Murphy and Rosilyn Borcher; and her husband Richard "Dick" Hazen.

She is survived by: her sister Marilyn Denning; her children, Elena Hazen Reierson (Dale Reierson), Quinten Hazen and Kenneth "Gregg" Hazen (Laura Warnock Hazen); and her grandchildren, Tyler Reierson (Piper Reierson), Richard M. Hazen, Elyssa Reierson, Kenneth "Rowan" Hazen and Reese E. Hazen. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, and a wonderful circle of friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Blood Bank of Alaska in Beth's memory.
