He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Rogers of Rapid City; and his grandparents, Jack, Mary Klauck of Rapid City, Robert and Carole Rogers of Rapid City.

He is survived by: his mother Mary Rule; his stepfather Dan Rule of Green Valley, Arizona; his brother Jeffery Rogers; his sister-in-law JJ Matthews Rogers of Anchorage, Alaska; and his nephew Jack Martin Rogers of Anchorage. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
