We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2022 we had to say goodbye to James A Smith of Anchorage, Alaska, born in Ontario, Oregon. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Karen Smith; and his brothers, Rod Smith of Eugene and Jerry Smith of Gothenburg, Nebraska.. He is survived by: his sons, Andy Smith (Vivian) of Palmer, Dan Smith (Arlitia Jones) and Pete Smith of Anchorage; and his close friend Carolyn Hollar. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations to be made to the Salvation Army, or a charity close to your heart.
