She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Summers (Stuart), Rene Chrystal (Bill Gillespie) and Stacy Escobedo (Manny); her grandchildren, Brittany Chavez (Kawehi), Maximilian and Melissa Escobedo; her great grandchildren, Emmitt and Aiden Chavez; her siblings, Shirley Stassel, Nancy Johnson, Chuck Harings and Rod Harings; and her sister-in-law Jana Stojsavljevic (Chrystal).
Her banana cream pies became legendary, often raising hundreds of dollars at charity auctions.
