She was predeceased by: her husband James D Garfield of Ak; her son Wade Edwin Garfield of Ak; her siblings, Clara Maye, Kenneth and Hank Maye; and her parents, Alfred Maye and Vivian Maye.
She is survived by: her sister Janice Tyrell; her children, Jean and James; her sisters, Geraldine Mimas and Janice Tyrrell; her children, Kelly Stevenson, Bonni Kirk, Shelly Garfield of Anchorage, AK and Sheb Garfield of Anchorage; and her grandchildren, Brandy Hindi, Tina Holliday of Palmer, AK, Stephanie Mellott of Wasilla, Trayton Cohen, Aspyn Garfield of Portland, OR, Kenzy Chase-Garfield of Anchorage, Ashlynn Kirk of Wasilla and Rhiannon Kirk.
