He was predeceased by: his parents, John Roach and Alice Roach (Lake); and his siblings, Genevieve, John "Sam" Jr., David, Betty, Lawrence, Susan and Jeff (Susan).
He is survived by: his children, Nicole (Jake), Jerry Jr. (Andria), Jesse and Seneca (Sherry); and his grandchildren, Owen, Bodhi, Jonas, Maia and Laila. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
