He is survived by: his wife Elaine Tibbetts; his children, Wes Tibbetts (Jessa), Carly Perrins (Steve) and Jeni Newman (Kyle); and his grandchildren, Owen Tibbetts, Paige Tibbetts, Ryan Tibbetts, Eli Newman, Alice Newman, Dawson Perrins and Savannah Perrins.
