He was predeceased by: his sister Becky Nickerson; his mother Kathie Smith; and his close friend Jenne Smith. He is survived by: his wife Seane English; his children, Amanda Marshall (David), Brittany Mackey, Alanah Mackey, Cain Carter, Atigun Mackey and Lozen Mackey; his grandchildren, Abigail, Blaine, Bennett, Lucas Marshall, James Hawkins, Davidson Mackey and Jayce Mackey; his father Dick Mackey (Cathy); and his siblings, Rick Mackey (Patti), Bill Mackey, Kaye Saxon (Scott), Kim Jensen (Rick), Jason Mackey (Lisa), Kristin Elieff (James) and Wes Smith (Eden). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
