He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Kelsey and Gay Kelsey (Morgan); and his brother Larry Kelsey. He is survived by: his wife Shirley (Gruber); his daughter Shelley Chaffin of Anchorage, AK; and his sisters, Linda Stanger (Lloyd) and Ann Kelsey of Idaho Falls, ID. He is also survived by sister-in-law.
