She worked at the SouthCentral Foundation as a grant writer until she moved to Kenai and worked for the Kenaitze Indian Tribe as the Grant Services Manager. She returned to Anchorage and continued to work as a Grant Services Manager for Southcentral Foundation until she retired in 2018.
