He was predeceased by: his parents, Stevens Heiner and Aurilla Heiner (Merrill); and his sons, Joel and Skyler. He is survived by: his children, Krissy Tollefsen, Shawn Tollefsen (Cinderella), Ryan Tollefsen (Bri) and Travis Tollefsen (Tiffany); his siblings, Valerie Dixon (Les), Kevin Heiner (Christine), Bruce Heiner (Aleta), Carol Allred (Steve), Teresa Worthington (Tom) and Heidi Kline (Dan); his wife Mary Tollefsen (Ruple); his children, Correen Smith (Andy), Sean and Savanah Benson (Alex); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Tollefsen, Emily, Eli, Cheyenne, Evelyn and Lincoln Smith.
