He was predeceased by: his parents, David Bly and Ruth (Mike Carson). He is survived by: his wife Erika Bly (Morgan); and his siblings, Ann Ringstad (John), Cathy Graham, Beth Mathison (Clifford), Miriam Reichner and Paul Bly. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews, as well as 12 great nieces and nephews.
