He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble Chester Stephens and Norma Joyce Stephens (Ayers); and his siblings, John Stephens (Joan) and Vicky Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Gerber of Tallahassee, FL; his children, David of Tampa, FL and Sarah of Tallahassee, FL; and his siblings, Don Stephens (Carol) of Willard, MO and Patricia Stephens. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 7:30 AM at the All Saints Anglican Church (3945 N Monroe St, Tallahassee, FL 32303).
