He is survived by: his daughter Brittany Jo Sale Nuxall; his son-in-law Merad; his grandchildren, Lukas, Piper and DJ; his siblings, Margie (Jim), Robert (Cindy), Linda Sale and David (Jeannette); and his sister-in-law Marilyn. He is also survived by four nieces; five nephews; and great-nieces.
