It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rena Kudrin (Anchorage, Alaska), born in Saint Paul Island, Alaska, who passed away on October 15, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicolai Melovidov and Maria Melovidov (Shaishnikoff); her husband Alex (Alex); her sister Julianna Shane; and her brother-in-law Anthony Philemonoff (Charles Kashatok).
She is survived by: her daughter Maria Kudrin (David); her granddaughter Alexandra; and her siblings, Samuel Melovidov (Sarah), Nadesda Douglas, Platonida Kashatok, Rebecca Philemonoff, Nicolai Melovidov, Benjamin Leon Guerrero (Silvia), Juan Leon Guerrero, Jr. (Cara), Tina Woods (Daniel), Angela Kochutin, Robert Melovidov and Zoya Chapman. She is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and God children.
