He was predeceased by: his parents, Nora Rodriguez (Moore) and Angel Rodriguez of Donora. He is survived by: his wife Kay Rodriguez (Deason) of Anchorage, Alaska; his son Todd Dran (Gretchen) of Port St; his sisters, Christine Rodriguez of Charleroi, Pennsylvania, Parthena Rodriguez (Clive Parker) of Winston-Salem and Leonidas Johnson (Rodriguez) of Mill Run, Pennsylvania; his sister-in-law Anne May (James May); and his pet Zoey. He is also survived by two granddaughters, five nieces, three nephews.
