“We were at the Pioneer Cemetery today visiting our son's grave and saw a sweet bouquet of flowers inside of a dump truck, only several yards away from our own 4 year old son's grave. We did a search for Todd's name and read his obituary. I was comforted to see the service was held at an LDS chapel. We are LDS also. It is the knowledge of eternal families and that all things are in God's hands that has helped us through the death of our son William. I'm not sure what the circumstances surrounding Todd's death were, but losing a child is the hardest thing we have gone through. It is hard whether you know it is coming or it takes you by surprise. I would love to share some insights and words that we have found particularly profound and comforting, if you would like to talk sometime.
