He is survived by: his parents, Dwight Bartz and Darlene Baker; his wife Kendra Bartz (Germolus); his sons, Ethan and Elijah Bartz; his siblings, Bryan Bartz (Rachel), Nathan Bartz (Sara) and Casey Bartz (Caitlin); his stepfather Tom Baker; his stepbrother Adam Baker; and his stepmother Lori Bartz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a large circle of close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Skin Cancer Foundation in his memory.
