He is survived by : his parent Laurie Ann Sokolowski (Widmayer); his daughters, Taylor Marie, Aubrey Ann and Camryn Rae; the parent of his children Amie Burns; his son Dylan Rabb; his grandson Galileo Andrew (Leo); his father Todd Sokolowski; his brother Jamie Sokolowski (Janet); his nieces and nephews, Caleb, Abbie and Mercedes; his brother Brad Sokolowski (Lena); his nieces and nephews, Noah, Oakley and Arlo; and his grandparents, Raymond and Nancy Sokolowski (Julie Ramian) of Naples, FL. He is also survived by several loving Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
