It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Devon Noe of Fairbanks, Alaska, who passed away on February 11, 2022, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his grandfather Frank Foti. He is survived by : his mother Diane Ward (Foti); his stepfather Jeffery Ward; his brother Josh Foti; his grandmother Mary Foti; his aunt Jodi Fuller (Hank); and his uncles, James Foti and Matt Foti (Julie). He is also survived by cousins, other family and friends.
